Knock, knock.
“Who’s there?”
Jesus.
“Jesus who?”
I’m glad you asked.
Many people might ask that same question: “Jesus who?” But when you open the door to this question, you’re opening the door to the most important conversation you could ever have.
Jesus is the Son of God who came to earth to offer us hope, love, and eternal life. Through His life, death, and resurrection, He made a way for us to be forgiven of our sins and restored to a relationship with God. In Revelation 3:20, Jesus says, “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.”
Just like in this joke, Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart. But it’s not a joke—He’s offering real hope, real peace, and eternal life. All we have to do is let Him in by believing in Him, turning from our sins, and following Him. Will you open the door?
